Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Halfdays gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind on a color, our streamlined process ensures you get back to the slopes as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack Your Items
Place your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
